The excitement is building as IRONMAN Kärnten-Klagenfurt Austria prepares to celebrate its 25th anniversary on June 14, 2024. Athletes from around the world are invited to join the celebration, which will feature a spectacular race and a host of special events.
The race will take place in the stunning setting of Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee, with athletes competing in a 3.8 km swim, 180 km bike ride, and 42.2 km run. The course is renowned for its beauty and challenge, making it a must-do for any triathlete.
In addition to the race, there will be a variety of activities and events taking place throughout the weekend, including a pasta party, an awards ceremony, and a special anniversary celebration. Athletes and their families will have the opportunity to meet and mingle with other participants, share stories, and enjoy the camaraderie of the IRONMAN community.
Early registration for the 25th anniversary race is now open. Athletes who register on or before September 20, 2023, will be eligible for a special discount and a number of other benefits, including the opportunity to defer their 2024 race to 2025 if necessary.
